About the Role
This position is designed for individuals passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will be the face of the store, engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our core customer experience principles and philosophy. Your role is central to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment that reflects our commitment to quality and service.
In this role, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. You will be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store, allowing you to adapt to business needs and support your team effectively. From accurately processing transactions and promoting loyalty programs to initiating store recovery and maintaining merchandising standards, you will play a key part in the daily operations that keep our stores running smoothly.
