About the Role
This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will be the face of the store, engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy. Your role extends beyond the register; you will help maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment that reflects our commitment to quality and service.
In this role, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, fostering a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. You will process transactions accurately, promote our credit and loyalty programs, and ensure merchandise is prepared and displayed according to company standards. The position offers the opportunity to be cross-trained in multiple areas of the store, allowing you to support business needs dynamically and participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day.
