About the Role
This position serves as a vital support to the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management, acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss and dishonesty. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive shopping experience while maintaining a strong partnership with store teams.
In this role, you will wear a body-worn camera and maintain a professional stance at the front of the store or within a department. Your day involves observing the store environment, greeting customers with courtesy, and responding to requests by referring them to management or customer service via radio. You will exercise sound judgment to ensure the safety of yourself, others, and the company brand, while documenting critical incidents and performing closing safety sweeps with management.
