As a Merchandise Allocator for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel, you will be the strategic engine behind optimizing sales, margin, and inventory productivity. This role exists to ensure strong in-stock positions and efficient inventory flow across our retail store locations within a complex omni-channel environment.
You will partner closely with Planning, Merchandising, and cross-functional teams to align allocation strategies with broader business objectives. Your day-to-day involves managing the entire product lifecycle—from initial allocations and replenishment to markdowns and end-of-life management. By analyzing store-level sales trends and inventory performance, you will identify opportunities and risks, utilizing advanced allocation systems to optimize product distribution. You will also support pre-season and in-season planning activities by providing critical store-level insights that drive operational execution and resolve supply chain challenges.
