The Senior Global Merchandise Planner serves as a strategic partner to maximize margin, sales, and financial goals through data-informed global assortment planning. Reporting to the Director of Global Merchandise Planning, you will act as the principal liaison between Global Merchandising, Regional Merchandise Planning, Product Development, and Global Supply Planning.
Your work will drive the seasonal rhythm of the business. In the pre-season, you will manage merchandise financial plans and develop seasonal sub-category productivity targets, balancing global merchandising aspirations with solid factual foundations. During the in-season, you will perform financial risk assessments against sales forecasts and present actionable insights to improve the effectiveness of global product assortments. Post-season, you will recap key performance indicators to detail risks, opportunities, and drivers for future planning.
This is a hybrid role based at our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in the office three days per week, typically Tuesday through Thursday, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
