About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mental Health Worker to join our team. This role is vital for facilitating therapeutic interventions and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized recovery plans. You will work closely with individuals on their journey to recovery, providing individual and group counseling while assisting in the development of treatment strategies.

In this on-site position, you will conduct assessments, monitor client progress, and facilitate therapeutic activities that promote coping skills and relapse prevention. The role requires strong communication abilities to educate clients and their families about substance use disorders and mental health resources. You will report directly to the Program Manager and receive supervision from the Clinical Supervisor, ensuring high standards of care and documentation.

Hiring Process & Application

All employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including a criminal background investigation (fingerprinting), a pre-employment physical examination, a drug test, and a negative TB test. Candidates must have at least one year clear of probation or parole. We also require a valid and unrestricted California Driver's License with a good driving record.
