About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Mental Health Worker to join our team in an on-site capacity. In this role, you will work closely with individuals struggling with substance use to facilitate therapeutic interventions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized recovery plans. You will serve as a vital link in our outpatient programs, providing individual and group counseling for clients with co-occurring disorders.
Your day will involve conducting assessments, monitoring client progress, and facilitating therapeutic activities that promote coping skills and relapse prevention. You will also educate clients and their families about substance use disorders and mental health resources. This position requires a calm and competent demeanor, allowing you to effectively defuse crisis situations and converse with everyone from medical professionals to families.
Shift Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday, 2:30 pm - 11 pm.
Hiring Process & Application
All employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including a criminal background investigation (fingerprinting), a pre-employment physical examination, a drug test, and a negative TB test. Candidates must have at least one year clear of probation or parole.

Requirements
