Christian Life Counseling is seeking a Front Office Lead to join our team, serving as a central pillar for our front office operations, clients, and therapists. This leadership role is designed to ensure excellent service, organization, and communication across the practice. As the liaison between ownership and staff, you will lead and support the front office team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your work will involve coordinating closely with therapists to manage client care and scheduling needs, while also serving as a key point of contact for clients seeking information about our services. This position requires a self-directed individual who takes initiative and possesses strong technical abilities to maintain our internal systems.
