About the Role
We are seeking eager mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFTs, or candidates) who specialize in working with children, adults, or couples to join our practice. This role is designed for clinicians who value autonomy without sacrificing support. You will enjoy complete flexibility to choose your own hours and availability, tailoring your schedule to fit your life—whether that means a traditional 10 am–6 pm weekday schedule or evening and weekend availability for your family.
Our practice handles the administrative complexities so you can focus entirely on patient care. We provide full administrative support, including credentialing with health insurance companies and billing, and we diligently work to bring in new clients to ensure you are booked with as many patients as you desire. You will work in comfortable, modern offices designed for patient comfort, backed by a team ready to support you through any clinical challenges.
For those pursuing licensure, we offer free supervision options. Whether you prefer in-person, telehealth, or a hybrid model, this role adapts to your professional style.
