The Role
As a clinician with SonderMind, you will enjoy the freedom to set your own working hours and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Sessions can be conducted via telehealth or in-person. While you are responsible for securing your own location for in-person sessions, we can help connect you with other SonderMind therapists looking to share space.
You will seamlessly onboard your existing clients while receiving new referrals. Benefit from thoughtful client matching to personalize your caseload, with support from a dedicated account manager to help you grow your practice across various specialties. Our secure, clinically-developed AI tools eliminate administrative tasks and keep clients engaged between sessions, including auto-generating clinical notes, providing session takeaways, and facilitating goal setting and treatment planning.
Application Process
To join our network, you must hold a Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, and be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP). Interested candidates should review the specific pay rates, which range from $90 to $114 per hour and are based on the provider license type, session location, and session types.
