About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Member Experience Manager to support EōS members and guests by delivering best-in-class service. This role is designed to ensure that every interaction leaves a member feeling heard, valued, and eager to return. You will serve as the first point of contact for member concerns, resolving billing issues and addressing feedback with professionalism and empathy.

As a key leader in the company, you will partner with gym department managers to train, motivate, and develop the front desk staff. Your day will involve modeling our core values, ensuring the facility remains clean and welcoming, and collaborating with the Operations Manager to lead the team toward business objectives. You will embody the company culture, inspiring your team to uphold our mission of creating loyal, lifelong fans.
