About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Member Experience Manager to support EōS members and guests by delivering best-in-class service. This role is designed to be a key leader within the company, modeling our core values while partnering with gym department managers to train, motivate, and develop front desk staff.
In this position, you will ensure our facility remains clean, friendly, and well-maintained while serving as the first point of contact for member concerns. You will resolve billing issues, address feedback with empathy, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to lead the front desk team. Your goal is to inspire the team to uphold our culture and deliver on our core purpose of creating loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.
