We accomplish this by holding to our vision to end the generational cycle of trauma and homelessness. We operate the largest residential program for formerly homeless women and children in the Sacramento region, providing services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Medication Manager plays a vital role in supporting residents as they navigate their recovery journey. This position is dedicated to assisting residents with the self-administration of medications according to physician orders, ensuring safety and adherence to treatment plans. Beyond direct care, the role involves the proper storing of medications, maintaining and updating detailed documentation, and overseeing the organization and upkeep of the medication room. It is a position that requires a unique blend of clinical precision and deep compassion, serving as a bridge between medical needs and the daily lives of our residents.
