This role is designed for individuals passionate about providing compassionate care to residents in a residential or long-term care setting. You will be an integral part of our team, assisting residents with medication administration in accordance with state regulations and company policy. Beyond clinical duties, you will engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activities, helping to enhance their self-esteem and quality of life. Your day will involve observing residents for changes in condition, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the overall care philosophy of the facility.
