About the Role
As a Caregiver, you will be the heart of our community, providing caring and personalized assistance to residents living in our facility. This role exists to uphold our commitment to compassionate care, ensuring that every moment of a resident's day is supported with empathy and competence.
In this position, you will actively support our culture and work alongside Wellness Leaders, community peers, and families to build strong relationships. Your day involves performing essential services such as bathing, grooming, and dining assistance, as well as providing wheelchair escorts and light room upkeep. You will be the first line of communication, responsible for promptly reporting any changes in a resident's condition to the Wellness Leader and tactfully communicating with families. Whether on the first or second shift, you will be part of a fun, collaborative team where flexibility and teamwork are valued.
