We are seeking dedicated Shift Supervisors to provide leadership and management for our care operations. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our care team and the well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for hands-on leadership in day-to-day care, directly supervising and assisting the care team to ensure seamless operations.
A key aspect of this position involves assisting with medication assistance for residents in strict accordance with state regulations and community policies. This includes pouring, preparing, assisting with administration, and maintaining accurate documentation. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital role in recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching your team, fostering an engaged culture that resonates with staff, residents, and families alike.
Candidates must possess North Carolina certificates to practice as both an Assisted Living Medication Technician and a Personal Care Aide/CNA. The selection process includes a review of qualifications, followed by interviews to assess judgment, problem-solving skills, and cultural fit. Successful candidates must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and meet all health requirements.
