About the Role

MySolutions Home Care, part of Lutheran Life Communities, is seeking an In-Home Care Caregiver to serve older adults in their private residences. This is a mission-driven, faith-based opportunity designed for individuals passionate about providing meaningful, one-on-one care. The role focuses on enhancing the quality of life for clients through compassion, dignity, and respect.

As a caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships while assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation. You will bring comfort and joy to those you serve, working within a supportive team culture that values and supports its caregivers. This on-call position offers flexible scheduling, including 12-hour shifts, overnight shifts, and live-in options, with assignments located within 12 miles of central Arlington Heights.
