As a Medicare Member Advocate I, you will be the primary point of contact for members with questions and issues related to their coverage. Working primarily via telephone in a call center environment, you will partner with a team of other advocates to meet department objectives and enhance the customer experience. This role offers work-from-home opportunities but requires occasional on-site work.
Candidates selected for this position will be required to complete all company-required, job-specific, and departmental training before beginning their duties.
