As a Medical Technologist, you will be the backbone of our clinical laboratory operations, supporting high-quality testing through a blend of technical expertise and critical problem-solving. Your day will involve preparing specimens, performing routine and specialized laboratory tests, and executing rigorous quality control procedures. You will be responsible for troubleshooting instrument errors, evaluating computer data issues, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
Beyond the bench, this role requires clear communication of technical information to both medical professionals and laypersons. You will also assist in training laboratory personnel and participate in continuing education to stay at the forefront of the field. This position is a Career Ladder opportunity, offering a clear path for professional growth within the organization.
