About the Role

This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment where precision and care intersect. You will be an integral part of the laboratory team, receiving and preparing specimens according to standard protocols and performing the laboratory tests and calculations that provide critical data for the diagnosis and treatment of disease.

Your day will involve more than just running tests; you will evaluate test performance, calibrate and maintain analytical equipment, and perform phlebotomy procedures as appropriate. You will work directly with patients and specimens that could contain diseases, requiring a high level of professionalism and adherence to safety guidelines. In this role, you will also participate in performance improvement opportunities, manage supply and reagent inventory, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
