This position is designed for individuals ready to contribute to the diagnostic and treatment of disease through precise laboratory work. You will be an essential part of the team that receives and prepares specimens according to standard protocols, performing laboratory tests and calculations to provide critical data for patient care.
Your day will involve performing quality control procedures, evaluating test performance, and calibrating or maintaining the equipment used in analytical determinations. You will also perform phlebotomy procedures as appropriate and maintain strict confidentiality of all patient-related information. This role requires a blend of technical precision and professional communication, as you will present information clearly to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.
This position operates on a 7p-7a shift. The role requires flexibility to work a schedule that may include weekends, holidays, and on-call availability to support the continuous needs of patient care.
