Founded in 1917 by four visionary medical leaders, Great Falls Clinic Hospital has grown from a comprehensive health care center into Montana's healthcare provider of choice. Today, our integrated team of specialists serves the health needs of 250,000 residents across 17 local counties. We are committed to a culture of integrity, safety, and evidence-based exceptional care, striving to be both the workplace of choice for our staff and the provider of choice for our patients.
At the Great Falls Clinic Hospital, we pride ourselves on excellent nurse-to-patient ratios that allow for personalized care and stronger connections. Our environment fosters teamwork, compassion, and professional growth, supported by the latest medical technologies and a collaborative approach to innovation.
This position serves as the vital first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. You will be the face of our clinic, greeting patients, visitors, and salespeople while managing the critical administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
Your day will involve scheduling appointments efficiently, verifying patient eligibility, and handling registration details including insurance cards and driver's licenses. You will manage financial interactions by collecting copayments at the time of service and posting payments accurately to our systems. Additionally, you will coordinate referrals and authorizations, work daily on holding claims, and refer past-due accounts to the Business Office. This role requires the ability to prioritize patient care above all else while maintaining organization in a busy environment.
