About the Role
This part-time position offers a dynamic opportunity to support patient care and clinic operations in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role serves as a vital bridge between patients and the medical team, ensuring smooth daily workflows while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
You will be the first point of contact for patients, managing check-ins, verifying information, and greeting visitors with professionalism. Your day will involve a mix of administrative precision and direct patient interaction, from obtaining medical histories and vital signs to coordinating appointments and following up on patient needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining clinic inventory and ensuring the confidentiality of patient records within the electronic health record system.
Schedule and Location
This is an on-site role located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The schedule is part-time, covering 19 to 20 hours weekly. Hours are split across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) and Wednesdays and Saturdays (8:30 AM to 12:30 PM).
