This role is designed to ensure a seamless experience by maintaining a well-equipped environment and acting as a dedicated liaison to improve patient satisfaction. Your day begins by preparing exam rooms, ensuring that all equipment, linens, and supplies are stocked, clean, and ready for use. You will assist technologists in their workflow, helping to manage patient flow and ensuring that contaminated items are disposed of properly. Throughout the shift, you will greet patients and physicians, direct them to the appropriate locations, and manage incoming phone calls with sound judgment to prioritize urgent needs.
In addition to front-desk duties, you will maintain film file room operations and may perform Radiology Transporter duties, including processing exposed images.
