About the Role
As the face of our company, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in organizing and growing our office. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. This position requires an energetic, organized, and health-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere.
In this role, you will manage the flow of the clinic by greeting patients, scheduling visits, and handling insurance verification and billing coordination. You will also serve as a key resource for answering patient questions, distributing paperwork, and maintaining a clean, orderly waiting area. Success in this position means balancing high-volume administrative tasks with genuine, compassionate customer service.
Hiring Process

- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Tuesday and Thursday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Candidates must be willing to work on-site at our clinic located at 16600 Dallas Parkway, Dallas, TX 75248.

Requirements
