About the Role

We are seeking an experienced medical malpractice attorney to join our team in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In this role, you will manage and oversee a comprehensive caseload of medical malpractice claims, guiding them from initial assessment through final resolution. You will serve as a key advocate, consulting with field experts to assess standards of care, identifying complex legal issues, and representing clients in depositions, arbitration proceedings, and court appearances.

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with fellow attorneys, staff members, and partners on legal projects while fostering your own professional development. You will be expected to efficiently prioritize a range of assignments and competing deadlines while maintaining clear communication with clients, insurance contacts, and opposing counsel.
