About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician/Scientist to join our team. In this position, you will perform routine and complex diagnostic testing across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and urinalysis. Your work involves analyzing patient samples, operating sophisticated laboratory instruments, and ensuring that results are delivered accurately and timely. Every test you process contributes directly to patient care, making precision and reliability essential to your daily responsibilities.
You will collaborate closely with a compassionate, multidisciplinary team of nurses, providers, and lab staff. This role requires maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory environment while documenting all work in the Laboratory Information System (LIS). By following strict quality control and quality assurance procedures, you will help us meet rigorous regulatory standards and uphold the trust placed in our facility.

Requirements
- verifiedASCP or AMT certification (MLT/MLS) preferred or eligible
- verifiedState licensure as required
