As a Medical Technologist - Lead at our Rogers location, you will be the cornerstone of our diagnostic capabilities. In this full-time position, you are responsible for the performance and reporting of a wide array of technical, chemical, microscopic, and microbiological tests. Your work directly informs critical diagnosis and treatment plans across Hematology, Coagulation, Chemistry, Bacteriology, Blood Bank, Serology, and Urinalysis.
Beyond testing, you will manage specimen collections, oversee routine equipment operation and maintenance, and ensure rigorous inventory control. You will lead quality control, calibration, workload recording, and quality assessment efforts, ensuring our laboratory operates at the highest standards. Utilizing the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and other patient care programs, you will demonstrate positive customer service skills while adhering to Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards.
