Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead and mentor front office scheduling staff
- check_circleManage and coordinate complex provider schedules
- check_circleSchedule patient visits, follow-ups, and urgent appointments
- check_circleHandle incoming calls and appointment requests
- check_circleManage schedule adjustments, conflicts, waitlists, and no-shows
- check_circleSupport insurance-related scheduling requirements such as referrals and authorizations
- check_circleCollaborate with clinical staff and providers to optimize daily operations
- check_circleTrain and support new scheduling staff through ongoing regular training
- check_circleMaintain accuracy within the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
Requirements
