We are seeking a Medical Front Office Coordinator to join our team and ensure our medical facility runs smoothly. This role is a unique blend of administrative precision and clinical support, designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will serve as the primary patient navigator, guiding individuals from their first impression at check-in to their final departure. Your day will involve performing routine clinical tasks to support our medical staff while managing the accurate input of patient demographic and insurance data into our online systems. You will be responsible for collecting co-pays and balances, ensuring seamless communication between patients and the clinical team, and managing the logistics of patient flow, including scheduling follow-up appointments and clarifying post-visit expectations.
Beyond patient care, this position plays a vital role in our community outreach. You will also lead our Social Media Marketing efforts, developing and executing strategies to promote our product and service lines, tracking performance results, and adapting tactics to maximize engagement.
