OCD Anxiety Centers is driven by a passion to bring help and hope to underserved clinical populations. We strive to change the lives of individuals and families suffering from unrelenting anxiety, terrifying thoughts, uncontrollable worry, and exhausting behaviors. As an evidence-based practice, we do what works, stay current with scientific research, and regularly attend international training to ensure we provide the highest standard of care.
Our organization is built on trust and confidence earned from our employees, clients, and community. We act with integrity, communicate honestly, and hold ourselves accountable for our actions. We work together as a team committed to excellence and innovation, respecting each other and celebrating our diversity. We seek candidates who share these ethical standards and are ready to adapt to a fast-moving culture dedicated to excellent client service.
As a Facility Coordinator, you will manage the operational functions of the clinic, ensuring the environment of care meets the highest standards. This role serves as a vital bridge between management, staff, and clients, supporting daily office needs and general administrative and clinical activities.
You will be responsible for greeting clients, conducting tours, and scheduling prospective patients. Your day will involve overseeing staffing shifts, managing resource utilization, and training front office staff and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs). You will handle company inquiries, collect co-payments, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors and contractors. Additionally, you will maintain adequate inventory, manage facility maintenance, and ensure compliance with JCAHO and state licensing requirements.
The role requires regular collaboration with clinic leadership to ensure Quarterly and Annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met. You will also act as the incident commander during crises, facilitate client groups when staffing ratios are low, and assist in building a welcoming culture for clients, staff, and the community.
This position is an in-person role located at the clinic. The schedule requires evening hours, Monday through Friday, from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. The environment may include inside and outside areas and can involve loud noise levels. You may occasionally be exposed to high-stress situations, requiring the ability to practice de-escalation techniques and maintain composure.
