About the Role
This position serves as the welcoming face of our health center, ensuring a smooth and confidential experience for every patient. You will be responsible for cheerfully greeting and checking in patients while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality regarding patient care information.
Your day will involve coordinating and tracking the release of medical records and managing referrals to outside imaging and medical providers. You will review daily and weekly schedules to ensure accurate appointment times and facilitate clear correspondence between medical providers and patients. Additionally, you will provide essential information and assistance to patients while handling general office duties such as scheduling, answering phones, and managing documents.
