OCD Anxiety Centers is driven by a passion to bring help and hope to underserved clinical populations. We are dedicated to changing the lives of individuals and families suffering from unrelenting anxiety, terrifying thoughts, uncontrollable worry, and exhausting behaviors. As an evidence-based practice, we stay current with scientific research and regularly attend international training to ensure we provide the highest standard of care.
The Facility Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the clinic, ensuring the environment of care meets rigorous standards while supporting both clients and staff. This role is pivotal in managing the daily flow of the facility, from greeting prospective clients and managing admissions to overseeing staffing shifts and resource utilization.
You will act as a bridge between management and the front-line team, facilitating smooth transitions for new clients and maintaining a welcoming culture for everyone who walks through our doors. The position requires a dynamic presence on the treatment floor, where you will step in to support clinical operations during low staff-to-client ratios and serve as the incident commander when necessary. Your day will involve a blend of administrative oversight, staff mentorship, and direct client interaction, all aimed at maintaining high-quality care and operational efficiency.
This is an in-person role scheduled for Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The position requires a flexible approach to a changing work environment, including time spent inside and outside the facility, and the ability to navigate varying noise levels. You will spend 2-5 hours per day directly on the treatment floor, engaging with the team and clients to ensure safety and continuity of care.
OCD Anxiety Centers is committed to providing equal opportunity for all employees and applicants. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, genetics, disability, political affiliation, personal appearance, family responsibilities, or any other legally protected class. This commitment extends to every aspect of employment, from recruitment and hiring to promotions, working conditions, and benefits.
