Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is the nation's largest nonprofit dialysis provider. Since opening our first clinic 50 years ago in Nashville, Tennessee, our family has grown to include more than 270 locations across 30 states, serving nearly 14,000 patients each day. Our mission is rooted in the belief that "the care of the patient is our reason for existence." We are dedicated to a holistic approach, offering hemodialysis, home dialysis, and peritoneal dialysis treatment options to empower patients to live meaningful and productive lives while reducing hospitalizations.
DCI invests heavily in our care teams and funds research to further kidney care and treatment options. We pride ourselves on a strong culture that prioritizes individualized care, offering a comfortable clinical setting with a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio than other providers. Join us to build relationships and gain fulfillment serving individuals in a compassionate environment.
The Administrative Assistant serves as a vital support pillar for our clinical operations, functioning as the Unit Clerk for a satellite clinic. This role is designed for motivated, compassionate individuals who thrive in a team-oriented setting. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth navigation of our facilities.
In this position, you will manage the flow of administrative tasks that keep our clinic running efficiently. From greeting patients and directing them to their destinations to maintaining the security and accuracy of patient medical records, your work directly impacts the patient experience. You will handle billing information, verify insurance, and assist with the collection of accounts, ensuring that our financial operations align with our mission of care. Additionally, you will prepare new patient packets and support the Nurse Manager, Area Operations Director, and clinical staff with various clerical duties. This is an opportunity to gain fulfillment while working in a supportive environment that values your contribution to our nonprofit mission.
We invite you to join our team by applying through our careers portal at www.dciinc.jobs. If you are having difficulty using the online application system or require other accommodations to apply, please contact Doug Patterson at Accommodations@dciinc.org or call 615-327-3060. Once a request is made, DCI will initiate a discussion regarding your needs to ensure an inclusive application process.
DCI is committed to building a diverse and inclusive organization. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
