This role is vital for supporting our doctors and patients through effective patient care management, organization, and communication. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks with a focus on accuracy, high quality, and timeliness, all while maintaining cordial interactions.

Your day will involve greeting patients, obtaining necessary identification and insurance documents, and managing appointment schedules. You will also be responsible for producing and distributing correspondence, handling financial records, and ensuring that office spaces and treatment rooms are tidy and ready for use. Success in this role requires a blend of social perceptiveness, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with medical office management systems.
