About the Role
As an Overnight Guest Services Agent, you will be the face of our community during the night shift (11pm-7:30am), building meaningful relationships with residents and vendors. This role is designed for a customer-focused team player eager to jump into a fast-paced environment where each day brings new learning opportunities. You will serve as the primary liaison between residents, prospects, and our internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
In this position, you will manage the flow of the front desk, coordinating resident move-ins and move-outs, handling elevator reservations, and serving as a resource for local transport and dining advice. You will also act as a bridge between our residential properties and the LEVEL hotel, assisting with arrivals, departures, and room FOBs. Beyond administrative duties, you will help cultivate community spirit by planning events, maintaining amenity spaces, and ensuring the resident lounge is stocked and welcoming.
This role may involve the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support research, analysis, content development, design, reporting, or operational efficiency. Employees are expected to use AI responsibly and in compliance with company policies, data privacy requirements, confidentiality obligations, and applicable laws. All AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs must be reviewed for accuracy, quality, and appropriateness before use.
