We are seeking a Medical Front Desk Receptionist for our Rockwall, Plano, and Dallas locations. In this unique position, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clinical practice, maintaining front office administration duties that ensure a smooth patient experience. Your day will involve answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, processing daily census reports, and verifying patient and insurance information. Given the high patient volume and necessary coding requirements, speed and accuracy are essential to our daily operations.
