About the Role

We are seeking a Board-Certified Infectious Disease Specialist to join our employed multispecialty group in Dover, New Hampshire. This full-time position uniquely combines direct patient care with healthcare leadership, offering an exceptional opportunity to drive system-wide quality, safety, and infection prevention initiatives.

The role is divided between serving as the Site Medical Director of Infection Control (approximately 0.6 FTE) and providing inpatient and outpatient Infectious Disease consultation (0.4 FTE). As the Medical Director for Infection Control, you will be a key member of the Infection Control team, reporting directly to the system Chief of Infection Control. You will execute standardized, system-wide infection prevention strategies at the site level, ensuring alignment with Mass General Brigham's program while leveraging your knowledge of local practices to identify opportunities for improvement.

In your clinical capacity, you will manage a broad spectrum of infectious conditions, including HIV, tick-borne diseases, post-surgical infections, and complex medical cases. You will collaborate with colleagues across subspecialties and participate in system-wide quality initiatives, working alongside a site-based team that includes a Senior Infection Control Manager and Infection Preventionist.
