This position serves as a vital component of the Infection Prevention program, accountable for developing, managing, and evaluating all aspects of infection control in alignment with Federal, State, and Local standards. You will work closely with IPAC leadership to drive surveillance, prevention, and control efforts. Your day will involve collaborating with Employee Health, Environmental Safety, and various clinical departments to educate staff, monitor compliance, and recommend improvements. You will also participate in environmental rounds and unit rounding to ensure a safe healthcare environment.
