About the Role
This position offers a balanced 50% clinical and 50% administrative split, with flexibility to adjust time based on provider needs. The role operates on a Monday-to-Friday schedule with 8-hour days and no after-hours requirements. You will provide clinical oversight for a diverse range of services, including outpatient care, Intensive Case Management, Clubhouse Services, Youth Residential Services, and Women's Substance Use Residential Services. A key part of the mission involves integrating psychiatry into current and expanded Intensive Case Management programs, enhancing nurse case management incorporation across all programming, and supporting the development or identification of Electronic Health Records (EHR).
