About the Role

We are seeking experienced Medical Assistants to join our team in the Nashville, TN area. In this role, you will provide essential clinical care within our urgent care, occupational health, and workers' compensation settings. You will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for initial evaluations, x-ray testing, and preparing patients for provider evaluation by accurately recording histories, vital signs, and documentation.\n Your day will involve recognizing acuity levels to ensure appropriate intervention, greeting patients promptly, and communicating clearly about wait times and next steps. You will play a critical role in the patient journey by preparing and shooting X-Rays with a focus on proper positioning and safety, performing phlebotomy and injections, and ensuring timely follow-up on lab and x-ray results. Additionally, you will support front desk operations and maintain clean, stocked exam rooms while adhering to strict infection control and patient confidentiality standards.
