About the Role

We are seeking experienced Medical Assistants to join our team in the Nashville, TN area. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing essential clinical care in urgent care, occupational health, and workers' compensation settings. You will play a critical part in the patient journey, from the initial greeting to the final documentation.

Your day will involve conducting initial evaluations, performing x-ray testing, and preparing patients for provider evaluation by accurately recording histories, vital signs, and documentation. You will be responsible for recognizing acuity levels to ensure appropriate intervention and ensuring timely follow-up on lab and x-ray results. Whether you are assisting with patient transfers, performing phlebotomy, or maintaining stocked exam rooms, your work ensures the smooth operation of our urgent care centers.

Schedule and Culture

Full-time team members enjoy a rotating schedule consisting of 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekends, totaling 36-40 hours per week. We also offer PRN (per diem) opportunities for those seeking flexible, as-needed work. Our culture is built on collaboration, where Medical Assistants support front desk staff with check-in and check-out procedures and work closely with providers to deliver the best patient outcomes.
