About the Role
We are seeking experienced Medical Assistants to join our team in Mt. Juliet, TN. In this role, you will provide essential clinical care across urgent care, occupational health, and workers' compensation settings. You will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for greeting them promptly, communicating clear next steps, and managing wait times with empathy.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of clinical and administrative tasks. You will perform initial evaluations, record patient histories and vital signs, and assist providers with procedures and lab work. A key component of this position is preparing and shooting X-Rays, ensuring proper positioning and strict adherence to radiation safety protocols. You will also play a critical role in patient follow-up, executing timely calls regarding lab and X-ray results and supporting front desk operations during peak hours. As a member of our team, you will help maintain clean, stocked exam rooms while upholding the highest standards of infection control and patient confidentiality.

Requirements
