Our Mt. Juliet location offers convenient, walk-in care seven days a week, treating injuries and illnesses while supporting occupational health and wellness needs. We operate with a mission to deliver compassionate care in a setting that prioritizes patient safety and efficiency.
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Medical Assistants to join our team in Mt. Juliet, TN. In this role, you will provide essential clinical care across urgent care, occupational health, and workers' compensation settings. You will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for initial evaluations, recording histories and vital signs, and preparing patients for provider evaluation.
Your day-to-day will involve a dynamic mix of clinical and administrative tasks. You will prepare and perform X-rays, ensuring proper positioning and safety protocols, while also performing phlebotomy and injections under provider supervision. Beyond clinical duties, you will manage patient flow by greeting patients, communicating wait times, and supporting front desk operations. A key part of your impact will be ensuring timely follow-up on lab and X-ray results and maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms that adhere to strict infection control and confidentiality standards.
Schedule & Benefits
Full-time team members work a rotating schedule of 36-40 hours per week, featuring 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekends. We offer a competitive salary along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision options, retirement savings plans, continuing education reimbursement, and paid time off. PRN (per diem) team members are scheduled on an as-needed basis and enjoy competitive pay, a 401K plan with company contribution, and no-cost office visits.
