Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage medical questions and maintain patient records
- check_circleProcess prescription refills and provide medication support
- check_circlePre-screen medications and assist with patient check-out
- check_circleRoom patients, collect vitals, confirm consent, and record MIPS data
- check_circleHandle referrals, eligibility checks, and insurance follow-ups
- check_circleManage office inventory and support daily operational tasks
- check_circleManage providers to ensure they stay on time and on task
- check_circlePrepare charts and oversee patient care activities
Requirements
- verified3+ years as a Medical Assistant
- verifiedMedical Assistant Diploma or similar
- verified3+ years EMR experience
- verifiedEclinicalworks expertise preferred
- verifiedFluent in Spanish preferred
