We have an immediate full-time opportunity for a Medical Account Coordinator at our Sacramento, CA facility. This role serves as a collaborative and participative team member within the Rehab department, functioning as a vital link between our patients, referrals, and the broader medical community.
In this position, you will provide excellent customer service while assuming key administrative and fitting responsibilities. You will work closely with the OrthoLife Rehab Team and supervisors to ensure the completion of the order cycle and gather essential field-level information. The role requires demonstrating competency in orthopedic products and services, performing measurements and applications for devices such as CPMs, knee orthoses, spinal bracing, and ankle-foot orthotics. Success in this role demands the ability to manage varying and scheduled tasks with initiative, professional accountability, and personal integrity.
Candidates must be hard-working, self-motivated, and possess strong customer service and communication skills. A good work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential. The final candidate selected will be required to submit to a detailed background check.
