This position is dedicated to maximizing equipment availability through efficient and proactive preventative maintenance programs for heavy construction equipment and stationary production machinery. As the role progresses through job grades, responsibilities expand to include more complex diagnostics and independent repair work.
The day-to-day involves diagnosing faults using computerized test equipment, performing mechanical repairs on systems such as crushers, conveyors, and hydraulic drives, and conducting routine maintenance like lubrication and oil changes. You will be responsible for creating accurate work orders, maintaining service records, and ensuring all operations comply with technical specifications and safety regulations. The role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work both independently and within a team, and strict adherence to the Permian Basin Materials Code of Conduct.
