About the Role
As a Meat and Seafood Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our Meat & Seafood department, leading a team focused on delivering fresh, high-quality products and safe handling practices. This role exists to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. You will be the face of the department, managing everything from production planning and merchandising to inventory control and team development.
In this position, you will partner with store and retail operations leaders to execute corporate programs and standards. Your day will involve coaching team members to deliver excellent service, monitoring production and cutting quality for consistency, and resolving customer inquiries with a service-focused approach. You will foster a respectful, inclusive team culture while ensuring a safe and clean work area.
