About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated MDS Nurse to join our team at the Village at Victory Lakes in Lindenhurst, IL. In this PRN (as-needed) capacity, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents by organizing, completing, and evaluating resident assessments and care plans.
Your work is essential for maintaining compliance with current state and federal guidelines while helping each resident attain the highest possible level of functioning. You will serve as a key resource for the interdisciplinary team, mentoring other MDS nurses and fostering professional growth within the department.
