Sierra Donor Services (SDS) is a designated organ procurement organization (OPO) within the state of New Mexico and a proud member of the DCI Donor Services family. For over four decades, DCI has been a leader in working to end the transplant waiting list. Our unique approach allows for nationwide donation, transplantation, and distribution of organs and tissues while maintaining close ties to our local communities.
We operate organ procurement and tissue recovery organizations across California, New Mexico, and Tennessee, including the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Sierra Donor Services Eye Bank. About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us in our mission to save lives. This role is critical to our daily operations, focusing on the coordination and collaboration required for the ordering and inventory of necessary supplies, as well as the overall cleaning and decontamination of recovery instruments and equipment.
In this position, you will embrace the vital work of safely handling human tissue for transplantation. You will ensure that quality recovery and operational practices are employed and that all policies, procedures, and local protocols are strictly adhered to. The role requires extensive travel to support our operations across the region.
Hiring Process
As a condition of employment, you must be able to obtain Hospital Badge and EMR Access from all of the DCI Donor Services Hospital partners.

Requirements
